Strength for the body.

Stability for the mind.

Alignment for the soul.

Hi, I’m Jaz.

I help stressed women break the inconsistency + shame cycle and build pain-free strength through foundation-first coaching and compassionate accountability.

If you’ve ever tried to “get back on track,” felt overwhelmed or achy, then disappeared because you didn’t want to feel embarrassed again—this space is for you. You’re not lazy. Most of the time, your body doesn’t feel safe and your plan doesn’t fit your real life.

Why I coach this way

I didn’t start with a gentle approach—I came from a bodybuilding-style fitness mindset. I love strength and results. Later, I became a massage therapist and worked hands-on with hundreds of bodies. That’s where things got real.

I saw the same pattern over and over:

People were trying hard… but they were stuck in pain, tension, and inconsistency. Massage helped bring relief, but relief wasn’t always the same as lasting change. Movement foundations were the missing link.

And I’ve lived the inconsistency cycle personally. There were seasons where fitness became control, pressure, and perfectionism. The turning point wasn’t trying harder—it was learning how to listen to my body and rebuild in a way I could sustain.

I began focusing on:

  • mobility and breathwork

  • nervous system regulation

  • pain-aware strength training

  • simple weekly structure that fits real life

And something changed: when my foundation improved, my strength and cardio improved too—because I wasn’t fighting my body anymore.

The Muscle In Balance approach: Body • Mind • Soul

I coach the whole person because real change is connected.

Body: movement foundations, strength, mobility, and pain-aware training

Mind: structure + accountability that doesn’t rely on motivation

Soul: alignment, identity, and faith-rooted encouragement (invitational, never forced)

This isn’t quick-fix fitness. It’s transformation that holds.

Who I work best with

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • feel stressed, overwhelmed, or inconsistent

  • feel discomfort/fear/intimidation when you try to work out

  • are tired of starting over and hiding when you slip

  • want a plan that supports your real life—not a fantasy week

  • are willing to communicate and be coached

This may not be for you if you want extremes, “push through pain,” or a plan with no check-ins.

No-shame coaching. No-ghost expectations.

You don’t have to be perfect here. But you do have to be honest.

If you’re struggling, we adjust. If you miss a week, we troubleshoot. If you’re embarrassed, that’s the moment to check in—not vanish. That’s how women break the cycle and finally build consistency.
