Hybrid 1:1 (In-Person + Online Support)

Hands-on training 2–3 days/week + support between sessions.

Best for: Women who want structure, form coaching, and faster confidence—especially if workouts have felt painful or confusing.

  • 2–3 in-person sessions/week (limited spots)

  • Pain-aware movement foundations + strength progression

  • Online support between sessions (check-ins + adjustments)

1:1 Online Coaching

A clear plan + weekly accountability, anywhere you are.

Best for: Women who want flexibility but still need structure to stay consistent.

  • Customized training plan (foundation-first)

  • Weekly check-ins + program adjustments

  • Optional: nutrition foundations + form feedback

I coach women who are ready to build consistency through honesty and support—not pressure and perfection. If you’re struggling, we adjust. If you disappear, I can’t coach you.
