Do I need equipment?
Nope! Just your body, breath, and a space to move. A yoga mat, towel, or light resistance band is optional.
Is this good for beginners?
Yes — and also for those ready to rebuild. Everything is intentionally paced and can be scaled up or down.
How long are the sessions?
Most workouts are 20–35 minutes, with a mix of movement + reset tools each week.
What if I’m doing 1:1 coaching with you?
This can complement or be a step before/after your 1:1 training.

We’ll check in weekly via Everfit or voice message. I’ll guide your adjustments, mindset, and mobility based on your feedback.
Is this high-intensity or weight-based?
Only if that’s what you need! I focus on intention > intensity. You’ll get what your body needs to thrive.
Can I combine this with other movement (like yoga, running, etc.)?
Absolutely. I’ll build your program around your lifestyle.
